Simon McCloud III lives in Refugio, Texas and practices regularly in Refugio, Aransas, San Patricio, Nueces, Bee, Goliad, Victoria, DeWitt, and Lavaca Counties. Simon is licensed to practice in all of the District and County Courts in Texas and Louisiana, as well as the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Simon earned a double major in Finance and Economics from Ole Miss and a Juris Doctor and Doctorate of Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.
Simon has successfully represented clients in a wide range of complex legal matters including estate planning, real estate, probate and guardianship, as well as general civil litigation.
Simon is involved in various community organizations and is a member of Parkway Baptist Church and Goliad Lodge No. 94 AF & AM. He is passionate about giving back to the community and regularly volunteers his time to pro bono legal work.
When not advocating for his clients, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and sons.
